Scholarship award results are based on many factors such as work ethic, participation in community service and extracurricular activities, family background and income, academic preparation, abilities, test scores, grades, and skills.  We cannot guarantee and have no way of knowing how well each individual student will do.  If students rely upon our estimates or figures they must accept the risk of not doing as well, or they may not receive any scholarship awards or financial assistance at all.  There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to scholarship earnings or financial assistance, can be used as an indication of a student's future success or results.
 

Limitation of Liability
June McBride, Outreach Youth Empowerment, LLC, shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if June McBride, Outreach Youth Empowerment, LLC, has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
 

Typographical Errors
In the event that Outreach Youth Empowerment LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Outreach Youth Empowerment LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Outreach Youth Empowerment, LLC, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Outreach Youth Empowerment LLC shall issue a check in the amount of the incorrect price.
 

Term: Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. We will not be liable to you for any lost profits or otherwise consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with this Statement, Path to Scholarships.org, Edudaris.com, June McBride, or Outreach Youth Empowerment, LLC (OYE) even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of this statement will not exceed the greater of five dollars ($5.00) USD.
